Terms and conditions - Monthly raffle via email registration

2. The structure of the competition

Every month, on the 1st, four (4) winners are selected.
Each winner receives four (4) Xiaomi Smart Tag (or equivalent product of equivalent value if the product is deleted).

A total of 16 Xiaomi Tags will be awarded per month. The winners are drawn at random from all those who have registered for email mailings.

3. How to participate

Participation is done by signing up for Mistore's email mailings via one of the following websites

  • mistore.fi

Registration must be active at the time of the draw.

4. Who can participate

  • The competition is open to persons aged 18 or over

  • The participant must be resident in Sweden, Finland or Denmark

  • Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family may not participate

5. cost

Participation is free of charge, except for any internet connection.

6. Winner selection and contact

  • Winners will be selected by random draw

  • Winners will be contacted via the e-mail address provided at registration

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner

7. Delivery of prize

The prize will be sent free of charge to the address provided by the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

8. Personal data (GDPR)

By participating, the participant agrees that the Organizer processes personal data (e-mail address and, in the event of winning, name and address) for the purpose of:

  • administer the competition

  • contact winners

  • send prize

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

The participant can at any time withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from emailing.

9. Responsibility and changes

The organizer is not responsible for technical problems that affect participation.
The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or terminate the competition if required by law, government decisions or technical reasons.

10. Applicable law

The competition is governed by Swedish law.
